Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Develop lasting client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchase and client lifetime value.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert omni-channel demand.
- Manage floor activity with high energy: engage multiple customers, adapt selling techniques to traffic and business priorities.
- Execute daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) while following POS and asset protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles and stockroom management: receive shipments, stock shelves and coordinate product movement.
- Assist teammates across functional areas, contribute to training initiatives and participate in brand inclusion activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom and uphold all retail policies and loss-prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales KPIs and execute personal sales plans.
- Comfort with technology used in retail: mobile POS, clienteling tools and common hardware (iPad/laptop).
- Physical ability to perform retail duties (regularly lift 25 lb; occasionally up to 50 lb; climb, bend, kneel).
- Strong verbal English proficiency for client interaction and team communication.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

At least 1 year of sales experience, with prior luxury or premium retail experience strongly preferred.
Education
No formal degree required; a combination of education and retail sales experience will be considered.
