Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, comprehensive product expertise, and fashion consultation
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video content to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, cultivate relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain energetic sales floor presence, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service standards
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom cleanliness, organization, and stock levels in accordance with retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently across multiple formats: purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative and trust-based team environment whilst encouraging peer performance
  • Participate actively in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome constructive feedback, adapt behaviors accordingly, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in all situations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer competency (iPad, laptop, mobile POS platforms)
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitor landscape
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
  • Preferred: luxury retail background, social media expertise, live-stream shopping or video demonstration experience, clienteling proficiency, and data acquisition skills

Experience

Minimum 1+ years of sales experience required, with luxury retail background strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and professional experience will be considered. Demonstrated ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced retail environment, including evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods.
