Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised luxury service in accordance with Coach standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans; contribute to team KPIs.
- Utilise mobile POS, clienteling tools and social/short‑form video selling to capture customer data and convert engagement into sales.
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash‑wrap transactions, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Maintain a clean, organised sales floor and stockroom; follow POS procedures and asset protection policies.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement.
- Adapt selling approach on a busy floor, managing multiple customers while preserving a calm, professional demeanour.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; foster a collaborative, trust‑based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficient with POS operation and basic computer/mobile device use (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); comfortable using walkie‑talkies.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel and safely manoeuvre in stockroom and sales floor.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social‑media savvy; experience with live‑stream shopping, short‑form video demos, clienteling and data acquisition preferred.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail or sales experience is required, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury or premium retail environments and who have practical experience with omni‑channel selling and social/video commerce.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
