Coach Sales Associate (part-time) in Houston, TX — deliver elevated client service and drive omnichannel sales at Memorial City Coach.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and support omnichannel transactions.
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor while maintaining high energy and service standards.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap duties, inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation; keep sales floor and stockroom organized and fully stocked.
- Support inventory cycles, perform stock counts and adhere to asset protection and POS policies.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training, and contribute to a trust-based, high-performing team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs and to develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with mobile POS systems and clienteling platforms.
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lb (occasionally up to 50 lb), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver within sales floor and stockroom.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Strong English language proficiency.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; candidates with prior luxury retail exposure and demonstrable sales results are preferred. Experience using mobile POS and clienteling technologies is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail, fashion, or customer service coursework is an asset.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
