Coach seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Houston, TX (Houston Galleria) to deliver luxury client service and drive omnichannel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized client experiences aligned with Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
  • Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream shopping); capture client data to grow the book of business.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and stockroom management.
  • Support visual merchandising, replenishment and inventory cycles to ensure a well-presented, fully stocked sales floor.
  • Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs.
  • Follow retail policies, POS procedures and asset-protection protocols; assist teammates across functional areas and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to use POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop) for transactions and clienteling.
  • Comfort with social selling and creating short-form video or live-shopping content (preferred).
  • Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver within the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail experience and demonstrated success meeting individual sales targets preferred.

Education
