Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
  • Drive revenue via cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms, including short‑form video and live‑stream demonstrations.
  • Support daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), perform inventory cycles, receive shipments and replenish stock.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep sales floor and stockroom organized, and follow POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment, and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad, laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS workflows.
  • Strong English language proficiency required for the EU and US roles.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak retail seasons and public holidays.
  • Capability to regularly lift 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manage stockroom/sales‑floor movement.

Experience

At least one year of retail or sales experience is required; prior luxury retail experience and exposure to social selling or live‑stream shopping are preferred. The employer will consider equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; retail, fashion or customer service coursework or certification preferred.
