Coach Sales Associate, seasonal part-time role in Hong Kong SAR. Luxury retail sales and brand ambassador position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach brand values and service standards, embodying the Coach Guide to Style and Service
  • Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion consultation
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Operate mobile POS systems, clienteling platforms, and social selling tools including short-form video content to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans while meeting or exceeding individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, nurture relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
  • Maintain high-energy floor presence, manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap management, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom in compliance with retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory management cycles: receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and overseeing product movement
  • Collaborate with team members across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and actively encourage peer performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Receive feedback constructively, adapt behaviors accordingly, and maintain composure in a fast-paced retail setting

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer literacy (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Familiarity with walkie-talkies and ability to read price sheets and release schedules
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Luxury retail background (preferred)
  • Social media literacy and experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, and clienteling platforms (preferred)

Experience
