Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and maintaining brand integrity
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling advice, product expertise, and tailored fashion recommendations
- Drive sales through targeted cross-selling, upselling, and strategic product recommendations aligned with customer needs
- Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video content to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source and qualify new customers, maintain proactive relationship management, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
- Maintain high energy and adaptability on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adjusting selling techniques to changing business conditions
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap processing, inventory management, merchandise replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, cleanliness, and stock levels while adhering to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process all transaction types efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking merchandise, and managing product movement and cycle counts
- Assist teammates across functional areas to support overall store performance and operational excellence
- Foster a collaborative and trust-based team environment while encouraging collective performance and accountability
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities to advance professional development
- Demonstrate receptiveness to feedback, maintain professional composure under pressure, and adapt behaviors to optimize customer and team interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive market landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems and mobile POS technology
- Strong computer proficiency with iPad, laptop, and mobile devices
- Demonstrated experience with walkie-talkie use and ability to read price sheets and release information
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible scheduling requirements
- Preferred: luxury retail background, social media proficiency, experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations, clienteling expertise, and data acquisition skills

Experience
Minimum 1 year of sales experience required, with preference for luxury retail background. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of customer service excellence, fashion industry knowledge, and the ability to drive revenue through client relationship building and sales execution. A combination of equivalent education and hands-on retail experience will be considered.
Education
No specific formal education level required; however, high school diploma or equivalent is expected. A combination of secondary education and relevant sales or luxury retail experience will be considered.
