Coach Seasonal Sales Associate (part‑time) — Hong Kong (Causeway Bay). Deliver luxury service, drive omnichannel sales and execute clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive clienteling.
- Drive sales performance via cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social‑selling/short‑form video channels to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases.
- Perform daily store operations including transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap duties, inventory processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, manage product movement and maintain a clean, organised sales floor and stockroom.
- Adapt selling techniques to match footfall and business needs; manage multiple customers while maintaining high energy on the floor.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; assist teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Experience operating POS systems and Mobile POS (iPad/laptop); ability to read price/release sheets.
- Proven clienteling and data‑acquisition skills; social media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury retail background preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary training in fashion, retail or customer service is advantageous.
