Coach Hong Kong is hiring a Sales Associate (part-time) in Causeway Bay to deliver elevated client service and drive omnichannel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach on the sales floor, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service to deliver elevated, personalised guest experiences.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Drive sales and meet personal and store KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
- Capture client data and transact using Mobile POS and clienteling tools; leverage social selling and short‑form video/live‑stream content to generate traffic and conversions.
- Execute daily operational duties including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and online order fulfilment (pickups/returns/exchanges).
- Maintain a well‑presented, organised sales floor and stockroom while adhering to POS, retail policy and asset protection procedures.
- Support team performance by assisting across functional areas and participating in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven experience operating POS systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad and laptop devices.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy with experience or interest in live‑stream shopping, short‑form video and social selling (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays; thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail or sales experience is required; prior luxury retail experience and demonstrated clienteling capabilities are strongly preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Education
Secondary education (high school) or equivalent; combination of education and experience will be considered.
