Coach in Hong Kong is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to deliver personalised luxury retail service, drive sales and support omnichannel operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised service aligned with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and sustain client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Utilise mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short-form video and live-stream formats) to capture customer data and convert interactions into sales.
- Manage daily store operations: transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap, inventory receiving, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Maintain floor and stockroom presentation and asset protection procedures; process shipments and support inventory cycles.
- Adapt selling approach to multiple customers and high-traffic periods while maintaining composure and service excellence.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, participate in brand initiatives and training, and support colleagues across functional areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable competence with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS workflows.
- Proficiency in reading price/release sheets and using store communication devices (e.g., walkie‑talkie).
- Strong English language skills.
- Social media literacy and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations, clienteling and customer data acquisition (preferred).
- Ability to perform in a high‑tempo retail environment and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays.

At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience; prior exposure to luxury or premium retail environments is preferred and will be considered favourably.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
