Coach is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate in Hong Kong — join the Hong Kong team to deliver elevated luxury retail experiences and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer service in accordance with Coach standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive clienteling.
- Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Operate mobile POS and process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups.
- Utilize clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short‑form video/live‑stream shopping to capture customer data and stimulate repeat purchases.
- Execute daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom maintenance.
- Support inventory cycles and assist teammates across functional areas to ensure smooth store performance.
- Maintain a professional, calm demeanor on the sales floor, manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and adapt behaviours to improve performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet personal sales targets and follow up to close sales.
- Experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of sales experience is required; candidates with backgrounds in luxury retail, clienteling and social/live‑stream selling will be prioritized. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience is acceptable.
