Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador of the brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and ongoing follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert omni-channel traffic.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans and contribute to team KPIs.
  • Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), perform cash wrap duties and asset-protection procedures.
  • Support inventory flows including receiving shipments, stocking, replenishment and participation in inventory cycles.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep sales floor and stockroom organised and presentation-ready.
  • Assist teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment, and participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasonal days and public holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lb and occasionally up to 50 lb; frequent climbing, bending and maneuvering on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social-media savvy with experience in short-form video or live-stream shopping, clienteling and data acquisition is preferred.

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience is required; candidates with prior luxury boutique experience, demonstrated clienteling success, and omni-channel selling exposure are preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail, visual merchandising or hospitality training preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
