Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to brand service standards and the Coach Guide to Style
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Manage multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining high service energy on the sales floor
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Maintain the sales floor and stockroom in a clean, organized, and well-stocked condition; follow retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain composure in a fast-paced retail environment
Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail sales experience (luxury retail background preferred)
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitor landscape
- Experience operating point-of-sale (POS) systems and mobile POS platforms
- Basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
- Ability to read price sheets and release schedules
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak seasons
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
Skills
Experience
1+ years of sales experience in retail environments, with luxury retail background preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered. Comfort with POS operations, basic computer systems, and mobile retail technology is essential. Social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations, and clienteling data acquisition skills are advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
