Coach in Hershey, Pennsylvania seeks a Part-time Sales Associate to deliver luxury retail service and drive sales. Base pay $15.00–$19.25/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line brand ambassador, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert opportunities.
- Process transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) efficiently while adhering to POS and asset-protection procedures.
- Perform daily operational tasks: receive and process inventory, replenish stock, maintain visual merchandising, and keep sales floor and stockroom organized.
- Support inventory cycles and loss-prevention procedures; assist teammates across functional areas as business needs dictate.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviors to maintain professional service standards.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and navigating the sales floor and stockroom.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficient with POS operation and basic computer/device use (iPad/laptop, mobile POS); comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social media savvy with experience or interest in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt selling techniques to meet business needs.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and meet physical demands of the role (regularly lift 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury or premium retail experience is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant retail, fashion or customer-service coursework is a plus. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
