Coach in Hershey, PA seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver luxury retail service, drive omni-channel sales, and support store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service consistent with Coach style standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Drive sales objectives via cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live demos) to capture client data and close sales.
- Manage day-to-day store operations: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising and ensure sales floor and stockroom are organized, clean and properly stocked.
- Support inventory cycles and product movement; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.
- Accept feedback, adapt behavior, maintain professionalism and meet physical requirements for stockroom and floor duties.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, mobile POS).
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social-media savvy with experience in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and perform bending, climbing and kneeling as needed.

Experience
Minimum of one year of retail sales experience; prior luxury retail or fashion experience preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet individual and team sales targets and execute omni-channel selling strategies.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
