Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising whilst maintaining service standards
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviours, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitor landscape
  • Experience with POS systems, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop), mobile POS platforms, walkie-talkie operation, and ability to interpret price and release sheets
  • Physical capability to work at a fast pace, lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Social media awareness and experience with live-stream shopping or video content creation (preferred)
  • Experience with clienteling practices and customer data acquisition (preferred)

Experience
