Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the floor while managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom organized, stocked, and compliant with retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Maintain a calm, professional demeanor and welcome feedback for continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), and walkie-talkie operation
  • Ability to read price sheets and release schedules
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and peak seasons
  • Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
