Coach Sales Associate in Halton Hills, Ontario. Part-time luxury retail role blending personalized service, omni-channel selling, and operational excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and embody the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion consultation
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain client relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques based on business priorities
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap management, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization and cleanliness; adhere to retail policies, POS protocols, and asset protection procedures
  • Process all transaction types efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product flow
  • Assist teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Maintain professional demeanor, welcome feedback, and adapt behaviors as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of professional sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Proficiency with POS systems, mobile POS platforms (iPad/laptop), and basic computer competency
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform retail floor and stockroom duties including climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering
  • Luxury retail background (preferred)
  • Social media proficiency and familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)
  • Experience with clienteling systems and customer data acquisition (preferred)

Experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant retail certification is advantageous but not required. A combination of education and equivalent work experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada, with easy access to Toronto.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
