Coach is hiring a Sales Associate in Halton Hills, Ontario — full-time retail role focused on clienteling and omni-channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service aligned with the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through product expertise, tailored styling and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchase and loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream demos) to capture customer data and close sales.
- Support daily store operations: process transactions, manage online order pickups, complete cash-wrap duties, and assist inventory cycles (receiving, replenishment, stock movement).
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure sales floor and stockroom are organized, clean and compliant with asset-protection procedures.
- Adapt selling approach to fluctuating traffic levels, manage multiple customers on the floor and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with clienteling tools and data capture.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
- Social-media savvy with experience in short-form video or live-stream shopping is preferred.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior luxury or premium-brand retail experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and retail experience will be considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada, with easy access to Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
