Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences aligned with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases and loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert leads.
- Perform daily operational tasks: process transactions, manage inventory cycles, receive shipments, replenish stock, and support visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support teammates across functional areas and contribute to brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.
- Adapt selling techniques to business needs, manage multiple customers on the floor and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive results in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); familiarity with walkie-talkie communications and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and kneel.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience; prior experience in luxury retail and demonstrated achievement of sales targets preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada, with easy access to Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
