Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service aligned with brand style and service standards.
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and team sales KPIs through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
  • Operate omni-channel sales tools including mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling (short-form video and live demos) to capture client data and close sales.
  • Perform daily store operations: process transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap duties, inventory receipt and replenishment, and visual merchandising tasks.
  • Maintain a high-energy sales floor presence; manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs.
  • Support inventory cycles and asset protection procedures; keep sales floor and stockroom organized and stocked.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; support teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative, trust-based environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven competency with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS workflows.
  • Demonstrable clienteling and data-acquisition skills; social-media savvy with experience in short-form video or live-stream selling preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform stockroom and floor tasks (climb, bend, kneel).
  • Strong English language proficiency; combination of education and experience will be considered.

Experience

At least 1 year of sales experience; prior luxury or premium retail experience preferred and advantageous for clienteling and styling duties.

Education

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
