Coach in Halton Hills, Ontario is hiring a Sales Associate — deliver omnichannel client service and drive retail sales for the brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, adhering to brand style and service standards.
  • Deliver elevated, personalized client experiences through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
  • Drive sales performance by cross-selling, upselling, and executing individualized sales plans to meet KPIs.
  • Capture client data and promote repeat business using mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video).
  • Source new customers, follow up to close sales, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Manage multiple customers on the sales floor while maintaining high energy and professional service standards.
  • Complete daily store operations: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain organized, clean, and stocked sales floor and stockroom while following retail policies and asset-protection procedures.
  • Support inventory cycles and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities; receive and act on feedback to improve performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and basic IT devices (iPad/laptop, mobile POS); comfortable with digital clienteling tools.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver in sales floor and stockroom environments.
  • Social‑media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demos is preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 1+ years in sales, with prior luxury retail experience preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting individual sales targets and using digital clienteling or social selling tools is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail sales experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada, with easy access to Toronto.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
