Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and nurture client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
  • Operate mobile POS and in-store technology to process transactions, capture client data and support omni-channel orders (returns, exchanges, online pickups).
  • Use clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream demos) to acquire and retain customers.
  • Support daily store operations: inventory receiving, replenishment, visual merchandising, stockroom organization and asset-protection procedures.
  • Maintain high-energy floor presence, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, trainings and inclusion activities; foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with POS operations and basic computer/tablet use (iPad/laptop).
  • Comfortable using clienteling and omni-channel retail tools; social media selling experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of climbing, bending and prolonged standing.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury fashion; experience with omni-channel selling, clienteling and social/live-stream commerce preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary training in retail, fashion or a related field is advantageous. A combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
