Coach Sales Associate — part-time position in Halton Hills, Ontario. Deliver luxury omni-channel service at Coach (Tapestry).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand by delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and ongoing follow-up to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, iPad/laptop, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream demos) to capture customer data and close sales.
  • Process transactions and omni-channel orders efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support inventory cycles (receiving, replenishment, stock movement).
  • Execute daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, visual merchandising and adherence to asset protection and POS procedures.
  • Maintain a high-energy sales floor, manage multiple customers, assist teammates across functions and foster a collaborative, trust-based environment.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, ongoing training and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviors while preserving a calm, professional demeanor.
  • Perform physical tasks as required: lifting regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally to 50 lbs), climbing, bending, kneeling and stockroom manoeuvres.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable proficiency with POS operation and mobile selling tools (iPad/laptop, mobile POS); ability to use walkie‑talkies and read price/release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social media savvy with experience or comfort in live‑stream shopping, video demonstrations and short‑form social selling (preferred).
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Physical ability to handle merchandise regularly and perform stockroom duties.

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, omni-channel selling, clienteling and social selling is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada, with easy access to Toronto.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
