Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach brand through elevated, personalized shopping experiences adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through fashion expertise, styling consultation, and tailored recommendations
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and consultative selling across product categories
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; achieve or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain existing relationships, and execute targeted follow-up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple concurrent customers, and adapt selling approaches to evolving business needs
  • Execute daily operational responsibilities including cash wrap, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization while adhering to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection standards
  • Process transactions efficiently across all formats: purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order fulfillment
  • Support inventory cycles including shipment receipt, shelf stocking, and product movement tracking
  • Provide cross-functional support to teammates across store functional areas
  • Foster collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Receive and implement feedback while maintaining professional demeanor under pressure

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or comparable environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends, competitive landscape, and current style directions
  • Proficiency with POS systems and mobile POS devices
  • Basic computer competency with iPad and laptop applications
  • Walkie-talkie communication and ability to interpret pricing and release documentation
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Physical capability to lift minimum 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, peak seasonal periods, and public holidays
