Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Hagerstown, MD. Deliver elevated luxury retail service and omni-channel selling for Coach.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering service aligned with the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and sustain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve personal and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations; execute personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-streaming) to capture client data and convert sales across channels.
- Process transactions and omni‑channel services efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups).
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation, inventory processing, replenishment and asset-protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, manage product movement and keep stockroom organized.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training, and foster a trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop/Mobile POS); comfortable using walkie‑talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy and experience with short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; candidates with luxury retail background and demonstrated omni-channel or clienteling experience are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Hagerstown, Maryland, USA, with easy access to Washington, D.C..
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
