Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line brand ambassador, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; track and meet KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert leads.
- Operate transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) while maintaining service standards.
- Support daily operational activities: inventory processing, receiving shipments, replenishment, visual merchandising and cash wrap duties.
- Maintain an organized, stocked sales floor and stockroom; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures and asset-protection protocols.
- Adapt selling approach to business needs, manage multiple customers concurrently and sustain high energy on the sales floor.
- Participate in brand trainings and inclusion initiatives; foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and support teammates as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans; data-driven clienteling experience preferred.
- Proficiency using POS systems, mobile POS tools and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop).
- Comfortable with social selling, live-stream shopping or video demos and creating short-form content to engage clients (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise regularly (25 lbs frequently, up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical stockroom duties.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail, clienteling, and social or livestream selling is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
