Coach seeks a Sales Associate in Guiyang, China (Guiyang Sasseur Outlet) to deliver luxury retail service and omni‑channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a front-line brand ambassador, upholding the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver personalized styling and product recommendations to cultivate lasting client relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture client data and facilitate omni‑channel conversions.
  • Manage multiple customers on the sales floor while maintaining high energy and professional service standards.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and follow POS and asset‑protection procedures.
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking merchandise and managing product movement between floor and stockroom.
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required and contribute to a collaborative, trust‑based store environment.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, trainings and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviors to business needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales KPIs and execute personal sales plans.
  • Proficiency with POS and mobile POS systems; comfortable using iPad and laptop for retail tasks.
  • Familiarity with clienteling practices, social selling and data acquisition to grow client databases.
  • Strong English language proficiency as stated in the job specification.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.

Experience

At least one year of sales experience, with prior luxury retail exposure strongly preferred. Experience using mobile POS and clienteling systems, plus familiarity with social selling or live‑stream/video demonstrations, is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered. Vocational training in retail or fashion is a plus.
