Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases and loyalty.
  • Drive sales performance via cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
  • Operate mobile POS and process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) efficiently and accurately.
  • Use clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short-form video to capture customer data and convert digital engagement into sales.
  • Support daily store operations: receive shipments, process inventory, replenish stock, maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with floor-to-stockroom product movement.
  • Maintain excellent floor presence during peak periods, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to fluctuating business needs.
  • Adhere to store policies, loss-prevention procedures and maintain a clean, organized salesfloor and stockroom.
  • Participate in brand trainings, diversity and inclusion activities, and contribute to a collaborative, trust-based team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to use POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable with Mobile POS and walkie-talkie communication.
  • Demonstrable clienteling and data-acquisition skills; social media proficiency and experience with live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
  • Capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and safely maneuver in a retail environment.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

At least one year of retail or sales experience is required; candidates with prior luxury retail background and proven clienteling or social-selling experience are preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
