Coach is hiring a Part-time Sales Associate in Gretna, NE (Omaha) to deliver elevated retail service and drive omni-channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering elevated service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and sustain client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and ongoing follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Execute omni-channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Meet and exceed individual and store KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations.
- Perform daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory receipt and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
- Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom while adhering to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles and collaborate with teammates across functional areas; participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrable experience operating POS systems (Mobile POS, iPad/laptop) and basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks required for sales floor and stockroom duties.
- Strong English proficiency.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of one year in a sales role, preferably within luxury or fashion retail; proven track record of achieving sales targets and using clienteling/omni-channel tools to drive revenue.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
