Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering elevated, personalized service aligned with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive clienteling to drive repeat purchases and long-term loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream demos) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor while maintaining high energy, professionalism and adherence to service standards.
- Perform daily operational duties including cash-wrap transactions, returns/exchanges, online order pickups, inventory receiving, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain stockroom and sales floor organization, follow POS and asset-protection procedures, and support inventory cycles.
- Support teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training, and contribute to a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
- Practical knowledge of clienteling and social commerce techniques (short-form video, live-stream shopping) is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capability to climb, bend and maneuver in a sales-floor and stockroom environment.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior luxury retail or fashion experience preferred. Experience using mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling tools is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
