Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and embodying the brand's inclusive, courageous spirit
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, fashion advice, and exceptional customer service
- Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations to meet or exceed personal and team KPIs
- Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video content to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers concurrently, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
- Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups at the POS terminal
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap reconciliation, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and replenishment to maintain service standards
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement throughout the sales floor and stockroom
- Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked while adhering to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Assist teammates across functional areas as needed and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment
- Participate actively in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback constructively, adapt behaviors appropriately, and maintain professional composure in high-pressure situations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail with demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems, mobile POS platforms, and basic computer literacy (iPad and laptop operation)
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate the sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail seasons, and high-traffic shopping days
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of sales experience in a retail environment, with luxury retail background preferred. Familiarity with fashion trends, competitor offerings, and omni-channel selling practices is advantageous. Social media proficiency and experience with live-stream shopping or video-based product demonstrations are preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of advanced education and relevant retail experience will be considered in lieu of formal educational credentials.

The successful candidate will be located in Gonzales, Louisiana, USA, with easy access to Baton Rouge.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
