Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach brand values through adherence to Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling advice and product expertise
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations based on customer needs
  • Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video content to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on sales floor while managing multiple customers simultaneously and adapting selling techniques to business requirements
  • Execute operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and asset protection procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor and stockroom while ensuring adequate product stocking
  • Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Collaborate with teammates across functional areas and foster a trust-based, collegial environment
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback and maintain professional composure in demanding situations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer operations (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; capacity to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
  • Physical capability to work at a fast pace in a retail setting
