Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service aligned with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales goals through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert opportunities.
  • Execute daily operational duties: cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and online order fulfillment (pick-ups/returns/exchanges).
  • Maintain floor and stockroom standards, follow POS and asset‑protection procedures, and support inventory cycles.
  • Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, contribute to training and brand initiatives, and foster a trusting, performance-oriented team environment.
  • Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable with mobile POS workflows.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple customers concurrently.
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend and kneel.
  • Preferred: social media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition techniques.

Experience

Minimum of one year in sales, preferably within luxury retail or fashion; demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
