Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience in accordance with Coach service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and convert interactions into sales.
  • Manage floor activity with high energy—welcome multiple customers, prioritize service, and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap procedures, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), and adherence to asset protection policies.
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, process inventory, replenish stock and maintain an organized stockroom and sales floor.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising standards and maintain product presentation consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities to enhance product knowledge and selling capabilities.
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required and foster a collaborative, trust‑based team environment.
  • Maintain professional composure, accept and act on feedback, and model company competencies such as customer focus and drive for results.
  • Perform physical tasks required by the role, including lifting merchandise (regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs), climbing, bending and kneeling.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven experience operating POS systems and mobile POS devices; basic computer proficiency with iPad/laptop.
  • Demonstrable clienteling skills and ability to capture customer data to drive repeat purchases.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Physical ability to perform role duties (regular lifting of ~25 lbs, occasional lifts up to 50 lbs).
  • Preferred: social media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations.

Experience
