Coach is hiring a Sales Associate in Gimhae, South Korea. Deliver luxury retail service, omni-channel sales and clienteling at Gimhae Outlet.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in line with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and maintain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Execute omni-channel sales using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream) to capture data and close sales.
- Achieve individual and store KPIs by cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans.
- Perform daily store operations: process transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap duties and POS procedures.
- Support inventory cycles: receive and process shipments, replenish stock, manage product movement and maintain stockroom organization.
- Maintain floor standards and visual merchandising; assist in housekeeping of sales floor and adherence to asset protection policies.
- Collaborate with teammates, support functional areas as required and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
- Adapt to feedback and changing business needs while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor during high-traffic periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and operate within a KPI-driven environment; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Familiarity with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); ability to read price/release sheets.
- Experience using clienteling tools, social selling channels and/or live-stream shopping is preferred.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury retail or omni-channel sales experience and familiarity with social selling/live-stream demonstrations are preferred.
Education
No formal degree required; a combination of relevant education and professional retail experience will be considered.
