Coach in Gilbert, AZ — Sales Associate (part‑time). Deliver omni‑channel luxury retail service at San Tan Village and build lasting client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences in line with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals by executing personal sales plans, cross‑selling, upselling and meeting KPIs.
- Use Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture client data and convert opportunities.
- Perform daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap duties, inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organised and stocked; follow POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles and product movement, and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviours while maintaining a professional demeanour.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
- Familiarity with clienteling and data acquisition techniques; social media savvy and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos are preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre throughout sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least one year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and practical retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
