Role & Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
• Manage multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining high energy and adapting selling techniques to business needs
• Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, cleanliness, and stock levels in accordance with retail policies and asset protection procedures
• Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
• Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
• Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and assist teammates across functional areas as required
• Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
• Maintain a professional demeanor, welcome feedback, and adapt behaviors accordingly

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitor landscape
• Experience with POS systems, iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and walkie-talkie operation
• Ability to read price sheets and release information accurately
• Strong English language proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays as required

Skills

Experience

1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or luxury retail certification considered advantageous.
