Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Frisco, TX (Stonebriar Centre). Deliver elevated client service and omni-channel retail sales for Coach.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver highly personalized client experiences through styling, product expertise, and attentive in-store service to build lasting relationships and brand loyalty.
- Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream demonstrations) to capture client data and stimulate repeat business.
- Support day-to-day store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments, replenish stock and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain an organized, secure sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and inventory procedures and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and holidays; safely perform physical tasks (regularly lift ~25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).
- Participate in brand training, inclusion initiatives and continuous feedback cycles; model professional, calm and collaborative behaviour.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Familiarity with POS operation and mobile devices (iPad/laptop), plus basic retail administration (price/release sheets).
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Comfortable with social selling, video demos or live-stream shopping and clienteling practices.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and perform routine physical tasks required in retail environments.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of sales experience; prior luxury or premium retail experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in omni-channel selling, clienteling and meeting individual sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
