Coach is hiring a Part‑time Sales Associate in Frisco, TX (Stonebriar Centre). Deliver elevated client service and drive sales for Coach.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized client service aligned with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build lasting client relationships through product expertise, personalized styling and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Drive individual and store sales performance through cross‑selling, upselling, tailored recommendations and execution of personal sales plans.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video/live demonstrations) to capture client data and convert sales.
- Operate transactions accurately (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking merchandise and managing product flow between sales floor and stockroom.
- Maintain a high level of floor readiness: keep salesfloor and stockroom organized, adhere to asset protection and POS procedures, and meet merchandising standards.
- Work collaboratively with teammates, assist across functional areas when required, and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computing (iPad/laptop) and ability to use walkie‑talkies; able to read price/release sheets.
- Strong English proficiency required.
- Social media aptitude and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend and kneel as required.

Experience
Minimum of one year of sales experience; prior luxury or fashion retail experience preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail, fashion or customer‑service related coursework preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
