Coach is hiring a Part-time Sales Associate in Frisco, TX (Stonebriar Centre) — clienteling-focused retail role in omni-channel luxury sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with brand style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through product expertise, personalized styling and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Meet and exceed individual and store KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-streams) to capture client data and convert sales across channels.
- Process transactions and omni-channel activity efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups).
- Support daily store operations: inventory receiving, replenishment, stockroom organization, visual merchandising and asset protection procedures.
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple clients concurrently and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion programs; provide and receive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Assist teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and to develop personal sales plans.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer literacy (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); ability to read price/release sheets.
- Experience with clienteling, social selling or live-stream/video demos is preferred.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in a retail environment.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior luxury or premium-brand retail experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated success meeting sales KPIs and familiarity with omni-channel selling techniques.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The role is situated in Frisco, Texas, USA — conveniently close to Dallas.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
