Coach Sales Associate (Part‑time) in Frisco, TX — client‑facing luxury retail role at Stonebriar Centre focused on omni‑channel selling and clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and sustain client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat purchases and long‑term loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by cross‑selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
- Leverage omni‑channel tools — mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream demos) — to capture client data and convert sales.
- Perform daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments, replenish stock and execute visual merchandising.
- Maintain a well‑organised sales floor and stockroom; comply with POS, retail policies and asset protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles and merchandising initiatives; assist teammates across functional areas and contribute to a collaborative, trust‑based environment.
- Participate in brand training, inclusion initiatives and accept feedback while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated proficiency operating POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); experience with mobile POS and clienteling tools.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Comfortable with social selling and digital engagement (short‑form video, live demonstrations) — preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Capability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend and maneuver in a busy retail environment.

Experience
At least one year of sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail, omni‑channel selling, or social/live‑stream selling is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
