Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a front-line brand ambassador, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Use Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and support omnichannel conversions.
  • Perform daily store operations: cash wrap, transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving, replenishment and stockroom management.
  • Maintain high-floor readiness: merchandising standards, visual presentation, stock organization and asset-protection procedures.
  • Support team collaboration by assisting colleagues across functional areas and participating in brand initiatives and training programs.
  • Adapt selling techniques to fluctuating store traffic and maintain composure and professionalism under pressure; lift and handle merchandise as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad and laptop devices.
  • Familiarity with clienteling, social selling and short-form video or live-stream shopping preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Capacity to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior luxury or fashion retail experience preferred. A combination of relevant education and work history will be considered.
