Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Fort Worth, Texas — join Coach/Tapestry to deliver elevated, omnichannel customer experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the Coach brand on the sales floor, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver personalized styling and product expertise to build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Drive revenue through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; meet or exceed personal and team KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and close sales.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans and proactively source new customers with targeted follow-up.
  • Perform daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap and POS procedures.
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, replenish stock, process inventory and maintain organized stockroom.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep sales floor and stockroom clean, stocked and compliant with asset protection policies.
  • Assist teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrate a calm, professional demeanor and receptiveness to feedback while adapting selling techniques to business needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail background preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Experience operating POS systems and mobile POS (iPad/laptop); ability to read price/release sheets.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Physically able to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Preferred: social media savvy, experience with live‑stream shopping or short-form video demos, and clienteling/data acquisition experience.
