Coach is hiring a Part-time Sales Associate in Folsom, CA. Join Coach to deliver elevated client service and omnichannel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Drive sales through clienteling, cross-selling and upselling while meeting individual and store KPIs and personal sales plans.
  • Use mobile POS, iPad/laptop-based systems, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert sales.
  • Maintain daily store operations: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
  • Sustain high standards of visual merchandising, sales floor presentation and stockroom organization; follow POS, retail policies and asset protection procedures.
  • Source and develop new customers, perform follow-ups to close sales, and support omnichannel fulfilment and inventory cycles.
  • Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, foster a trust-based team environment, participate in training and brand initiatives, and welcome feedback to adapt behaviours.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems and basic computer competency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); familiarity with walkie-talkie use and reading price/release sheets.
  • Strong command of English for verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre through sales floor and stockroom.
  • Preferred: social media-savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data-acquisition skills.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail or fashion experience is preferred and will be viewed favorably.
