Coach in Folsom, CA is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to deliver luxury retail service and omni-channel sales for the brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with brand standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Achieve individual and store sales goals through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Engage in omni-channel selling: capture client data and sales via mobile POS, clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short-form video.
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups while adhering to POS and asset protection procedures.
  • Support daily store operations: receive shipments, process inventory, replenish stock, maintain the cash wrap and visual merchandising standards.
  • Maintain a polished, organized sales floor and stockroom; follow retail policies and safety guidelines.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and adapt behaviors to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with teammates across functions and foster a trust-based, high-energy environment to maximize team performance.
  • Perform physical tasks required by retail operations, including regular lifting (25 lbs) and occasional heavier lifts (up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems (mobile POS), clienteling tools and basic retail technology (iPad/laptop).
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Comfortable working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, climb and perform sustained periods of standing and merchandising tasks.

Experience

Compensation
