Coach is hiring a temporary part-time Sales Associate in Estero, Florida. Deliver luxury retail service, drive sales, and represent the brand in a fast-paced retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers concurrently, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and fully stocked; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection requirements
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates in functional areas as required and foster a collaborative, trust-based environment
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors flexibly, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitor offerings
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
  • Ability to read price sheets and release documentation
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Experience with social media, live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, and clienteling data acquisition (preferred)
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally; capacity to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Experience
