Coach Sales Associate position in Estero, Florida. Part-time retail role offering $15.00–$19.50/hr, benefits, and luxury brand experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to service standards and the Coach Guide to Style
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations tailored to customer preferences
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling platforms, and social selling tools (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and store KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain ongoing relationships, and execute targeted follow-up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap management, inventory processing, merchandise replenishment, and visual merchandising while sustaining service excellence
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, cleanliness, and stock levels while adhering to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
- Demonstrate receptiveness to feedback and maintain composure and professionalism in challenging situations
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background strongly preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer competency (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
- Ability to read price sheets, release schedules, and technical merchandising documentation
- Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
- Strong English language proficiency
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days
Skills
Experience
1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant sales experience may substitute for formal education requirements.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
