Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised shopping experiences consistent with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and nurture client relationships through product expertise, personalised styling and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Operate omni-channel retail tools including mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling (short-form video) to capture customer data and convert leads.
- Perform day-to-day store operations: cash wrap, process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Maintain a well-organised sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, asset protection and company retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles and product movement, assist teammates in functional areas, and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
- Sustain professional composure in high-traffic periods and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs; comply with lifting and physical requirements.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable proficiency with POS operations and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop); familiarity with mobile POS devices.
- Experience using clienteling tools, social selling platforms, live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
- Strong English proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, public holidays and peak retail periods.
- Physical ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
Minimum of one year in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail and omni-channel selling is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college, vocational training or coursework in fashion/retail is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
